  Premier PC Repair Centre    
         
 
1.
We are on call 7 days a week. Call our hotline (6667 7093) before 10am, we with our    
    reasonable endeavours will pick up your computer e.g. laptop, notebook, macbook,    
    macpro, netbook or tablet on the same day but there may be delay due to unexpected    
    situations.    
         
 
2.
Data Privacy Confidentiality Agreement
   
  We have pre-signed a Data Privacy Confidentiality Agreement, committing to treat your    
  data in a strictly confidential manner.    
           
 
3.
Loan Computer
     
    Subject to availability, you can loan a computer at no charge during repair. We would inform you if a loan computer is available  
    when you call for service. The loan computer would be delivered to you when we pick up your computer. Likewise, we would collect  
    back the loan computer when we return your computer to you. Any damaged of loan computer would be considered sold.  
           
 
4.
Validity and Currency of Quotation
     
    Quotations provided by us are valid for 30 days and the prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).  
       
 
5.
Payment
     
  Payment for goods and services must be made to us by bank fund transfer or debit/credit card one day before we return your  
  computer. We can collect cash or cheque on the day of the delivery to you.  
     
 
6.
Promotions
     
    Promotion cannot be combined and not exchangeable for cash. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or  
    Referral Program. Additional restrictions may apply. We may cancel this offer at any time.  
           
 
7.
Software Licence
     
    We are not responsible for any breach of any software licence in respect of software provided to us by you to be installed on your  
    computer and you shall indemnify us and hold us harmless against any damage either directly or indirectly.  
         
 
8.
No Charge
   
    If we cannot fix your problem, we will not charge you for those services in respect of that problem. We stand behind our service. If  
    you notify us of a problem with the services you were provided, and our diagnosis of the problem indicates that our services were  
    not performed satisfactorily, we will work to provide a solution to your problem quickly and at no additional cost to you.  
       
 
9.
Time Extension
   
    Computers are complicated and sometimes problems are more deeply rooted or complicated than initially diagnosed, hence the  
    need to extend the time required for thecompletion of service.  
         
 
10.
Part Replacement
   
    Computers presented to us for repair may be replaced by refurbished or OEM parts of the same type rather than being repaired.  
         
 
11.
Back Up
   
    You shall back up all software, data and files that are stored on your computer and/or on any other storage devices you may have  
    prior to presentation the computer to us. We shall not be responsible at any time for any loss, alteration or corruption of any such  
    software, data or files. Repair of goods may result in loss of data.  
         
 
12.
Requirements
   
    You must provide us with the necessary passwords to your computer. If the services involve the installation of software, then you  
    must provide us with the installation disks for your operating system or software along with a product key for this software.  
         
 
13.
Liability
   
    Except to the extent specifically provided in these Terms and Conditions, our sole liability to you for any and all breaches of any  
    term or terms shall be limited to the aggregate amount of the fees and charges paid by you.  
       
    In the event we accidentally damaged your computer, we may elect to:  
   
(a)
the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; or  
   
(b)
payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or  
   
(c)
the repair of the goods or payment of the cost of having the goods repaired,  
             
    In no event shall we be liable to you in respect of the use of (or failure or performance of) the computer or the supply of the services  
    for malfunctions or failures caused directly or indirectly by:  
   
(a)
any third party;  
   
(b)
our actions that were expressly or impliedly authorised by you, or by your employees or agents;  
   
(c)
accident, misuse or abuse by anyone other than us;  
   
(d)
alteration or modification of the computer by anyone other than us;  
   
(e)
products (including any hardware or software) not licenced or supplied by us that are attached to or used with the computer;  
   
(f)
your failure to provide a proper operating and working environment for the computer;  
   
(g)
damage during any movement, relocation or re-installation of the computer;  
   
(h)
power surge or failure,  
   
(i)
acts of God or acts outside our reasonable control;  
   
(j)
any other condition not arising under normal operating conditions; or  
   
(k)
normal wear and tear;  
   
(l)
any loss of profit, business interruption, loss of or damage to goodwill, and/or any expectation benefit;  
   
(m)
unrelated problem which occurs with your computer after our repair.  
             
    We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you where we have failed to meet any delivery date or cancelled or  
    suspended the supply of goods or services. Beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to effect delivery or provision of goods  
or services, then we may cancel your order (even if it has already been accepted) by notice in writing to you.
             
 
14.
Severability of Provisions
 
  If any provision of this Terms and Conditions or part thereof is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable by any legislation to which it is  
  subject, it shall be rendered void, illegal or unenforceable to that extent and it shall in no way affect or prejudice the enforceability of  
  the remainder of such provision or the other provisions of this Terms and Conditions.  
           
 
15.
PromotionsMediation
 
  Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this terms and conditions, including any question regarding its existence,  
  validity or termination, shall be referred to CASE Mediation Centre for mediation.  
         
 
16.
PromotionsAmendment
 
    We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
